AusThai Connections Pty Ltd was founded in 2000 to provide a range of services to businesses, organisations and individuals in Australia and Thailand.  AusThai Connections  bases its operations from Melbourne in Australia but its principals regularly visit Thailand to maintain and develop their connections.

AusThai Connections have access to a range of specialists in Australia and Thailand who can assist clients in such areas as taxation, work permits, legal and corporate finance. Our Connections  extend to relationships with Government and Consular personnel, as well as senior business executives and Government officials in Thailand.

For  Australian clients we also maintain Connections  with accounting and legal firms, consular officials, major companies operating in Thailand and Government offices ( e.g. Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Department of Innovation, Industry & Regional Development) who can supplement our services.

With the new bilateral Free Trade Agreement between Australia and Thailand coming into effect on 1st January 2005  there are now substantial opportunities for Australian business in looking at the Thai market. AusThai Connections was involved in the arrangements for the Prime Minister of Thailand's visit to Melbourne on July 5th 2004 for an Australian Business Dinner as part of his visit to Australia to sign the FTA in Canberra that day.
