government or a local authority compulsorily acquires land, there is a
legislative right to compensation. In the case of a business it will be
necessary to examine the loss of profit, whether the business can be relocated
and at what cost, on on occasions - the value of the business. We have
given specialist advice and training on this subject for more than 30 years.
